  • Retired bank clerks or the equivalent of Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB with an excellent track record.

  • The maximum age to continue as a BC supervisor is 65.

  • Must be between 21 and 45 years old at the time of appointment.
  • The maximum age to continue as a BC supervisor is 65.

3. Educate BCs on their roles and responsibilities.

4. Assure customers/BCs are redressed and provide feedback to the link branch, along with a copy to Regional Office.

5. Conduct meetings in the villages/SSAs/Non-SSAs as well as communities in their operational area to encourage villagers/customers for availing themselves of the banking services of our bank and submit the report to the Regional Manager.
